Overkill is the Tick's dark, brooding robo-ninja antihero. He takes himself seriously. Very seriously. Way more seriously than a guy who lives on a sentient boat should take himself.

He has cybernetic eyes and hands, and scars on his face that obviously come with a Deep and Tragic Backstory ^tm.

He's determined to get revenge on the arch-villain, the Terror, who killed his superhero team 15 years ago.

He also likes to stab things.
